I think it is a good 3-star hotel, friendly and smiling staff, clean and cosy, good service, close to the beach and shops and restaurants, the surroundings are quiet and not noisy, I think hygiene is very important in the restaurant and also the cleanliness .

This hotel is located on Soi 2 close to the beach. Rooms are large and fairly comfortable. Also, there's an ok selection of TV satellite channels.

excellent location 2 minute walk to the beach ⛱️ and shopping malls nice pool lovely helpful staff, secure 24hr parking, Baht taxis available outside front of hotel cannot comment on the breakfasts as we did not use that facility, all in all its excellent value for money 😀 👍

We always stay at Sabai resort which is right on the main road but since it’s demolished decided to stay here, loved how they maintained such a old hotel everything worked good and the staff were very kind, worth every penny and more, location was great since it’s a short walk to the beach, lots of cafes and 7/11s nearby.

Ever since I discovered this hotel, I have been only going here. It fits my vibe and in the crowded pattaya, you get some quietness in this hotel.

Close to Terminal 21 & Central Marina. Walking distance to beach & many restaurants. King size bed. Good selection of English channels on TV Breakfast. Daily cleaning with toiletries.

Nice quiet soi close to beach and only a baht bus or Bolt taxi away from the nightlife action.
